Hello there! My name is Charlie, and I am a digital artist with experience drawing pony, humanoid, and anthro characters!
I pride myself on communication and transparency, as well as fast turnaround times and high quality artwork!
Terms of Service
Ordering a Commission from me
To order a commission from me you can comment on one of my posts, comment on the commissions journal, or send me a note!

When you request a commission please tell me exactly what you would like including the character's reference, what pose/expression you would like, and what type of commission you would like.
There is a form available on my commission prices journal which you can fill out!I have the right to deny ANY commission, art trade, collab, or request for any given or unspecified reason!
Some reasons a commission may be denied: I am too busy to add commissions to my queue, the order contains one or more subjects I am not comfortable drawing, or I have reason to suspect you are attempting to scam meYour Use of Commissioned Art
Please DO NOT claim my art as your own!
You do however have permission to repost the art to any social media including but not limited to Toyhouse, Deviantart, Furaffinity, Instagram, refsheet.net etc- as long as proper credit is provided!

You also have permission to get the art you commission printed out, made into a sticker, a t-shirt or any physical item!
If you ask me about it I'll even change the dimensions I work with to match what you want to do with it!
PLEASE DO NOT mass produce and sell items with my art printed on them!
(Unless you specifically tell me you plan to use the piece commercially (like a logo for example) AND I agree, since there are always exceptions!)
Additionally, please do not edit my artwork once you receive it.The use of my art for AI is strictly prohibited, even if you commissioned the piece and even if it is for personal use only! DO NOT use my art for AI autogenerating or you will be blacklisted and reported for art theft! There are NO exceptions to this rule.My Use of Commissioned Art
Art that I have made as a commission will be posted to my social medias as examples of my art
By default I will say only that the piece is a "commission from a user on [social media" or "a commission from @ [username]" when the piece is being posted on the same site that the commission was ordered from

Payment will only be requested after the sketch of your commission is completed and approved!
(if you would prefer to pay up front you may let me know, however I will not accept payment after the piece is complete)I accept both Paypal or Cashapp USD and DA points as payment!
Please be sure to specify how you will be paying when you request your commission!You can cancel your commission anytime before payment is sent! However once the payment is sent your commission becomes 100% non-refundable.I can put payment on hold! If something comes up don't be afraid to tell me! I can put unpaid orders on hold and I will not cancel your order until one month no contact, though you will be put on hold and will not receive WIPsFailure to pay a commission within 1 month of ordering even with multiple reminders may result in your commission being terminated.Paypal payment steps!
1. when I have finished the sketch of your drawing I will request payment
2. I will ask for your paypal linked email address
3. I will send an invoice to you requesting a certain amount of payment
4. In the product description you will always receive a comprehensive product/price breakdown explaining exactly where your total due comes from
5. once you have sent the payment and I see it in my account I will continue working on your artwork

3. request the commission to send my payment
4. Once you have sent the payment and I see it in my DA earnings I will continue working on your artwork

I have a list where I keep track of all of the art I have to do, but if you are not on this list or you are at the top of this list and have not received an update in a few days after being moved to the top of this list, please dont hesitate to reach out!Standard commissions do not have a guaranteed turnaround time. Pieces usually do not take me longer than 2 weeks to complete, but this is not a guarantee. Large orders, a full queue, and personal matters can all delay the completion time of an order. If you would like to talk about expected completion times or setting deadlines, please feel free to ask! If you need an order completed sooner than I have estimated we can discuss rush fees and I will move your commission to the top of my list!At any time I may get a rush order commission, which would slow the completion of my other commissions. If your commission is put on hold for a rush order please be patient! I will try to notify all affected commissioners when things like this happen!exceptions can be made to these rules! I will always notify you if something threatens to keep me from completing your commission!
Examples of these things includes but are not limited to:
-being away from home on a trip
-an increase in school work or work hours
-illness
-death/hospitalization of a family member
-broken/faulty technologyPayment and Cancellation Policy
this will be posted either on your invoice or in the description of your point payment widget!+This commission is not fully refundable post payment
+ Partial refunds will only be offered if the piece cannot be completed, not due to customer dissatisfaction. I send WIP images regularly, request feedback and corrections, and only accept payment once the sketch has been approved, so if you are dissatisfied with the piece while it is being made cancel the order before payment is requested or ask for changes to make the piece more to your liking!
+ Paypal chargebacks will almost always be disputed and result in an immediate block and blacklist.
+If I suspect this commission will not be completed in a reasonable amount of time I should notify you as soon as possible and provide an explanation (as long as said reason is appropriate to disclose to a customer), along with an expected completion date or resume date. At this point I should offer the below alternatives to compensate for the delay
+If your commission gets delayed you can either:
-wait longer for your commission be completed (may include partial refund, extra art piece, or upgraded art piece)
-request a cancellation for a partial refund
-request some other compensation in the form of an extra art piece or an adopt pass
+If you have any questions or concerns regarding your price breakdown, or want an explanation of my breakdown system, please don't hesitate to ask!Corrections
I am very open to making corrections during the process of a commission. I will send frequent updates at important stages of your piece: the sketch, lineart, flat colors etc. If you would like me to make any changes please let me know when I send these WIP images! It is much more difficult to change the sketch after I have already finished the lineart and much more difficult to edit the lineart once the piece is colored- so please speak up! I can do small corrections for free, such as editing some text in a reference sheet or adding a small accessory.I may deny a free correction request if:
-I have already posted the completed and approved piece
-the marking or feature you would like added/changed is not on the reference I was provided
-the piece I am making for you is an art trade or request
-the correction would be difficult/impossible to do without fundamentally redrawing a significant part of the piece
-I have accidentally lost the original filePaid Corrections may cost anywhere from $1-$5 depending on the severity of the correction required, and I have full liberty to deny a correction request if it meets any of the above criteriaThank you very much for reading my terms of service, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!
NOTE: If a commission option says "Comes with shading and a simple background!", then the price range listed will be lower if you order a flat-colored piece. For example, the shaded headshot range is $8-$14, but a flat headshot will fall into the $6-$10 range

Note: reference sheets are very customizable! Simple reference sheets may be as cheap as $25, but Ive done very complex reference sheets that have been upwards of $130 before! If you are interested in a reference sheet, please reach out to discuss further!
Customs
Customs are as customizable as reference sheets, as they can be as simple as base-edits or as complex as fully custom complex reference sheets. Customs are slightly more expensive than standard orders, so if a fullbody commission would normally be $30, a custom character with a simple single fullbody reference sheet may be $40. If you are interested in a custom, please reach out to discuss further!

2 frame jitter 100 x 100 Pixel icons are $5 or 500 points!
10-15 frame 100 x 100 blinking icons are $8 or 800 points! (additional animation can be added for a fee!)
Static 300 x 450 pixel pagedolls are $15 or 1500 points! (animation to these is priced on a case by case basis!)
Lineless Art
Comes with minimal shading, full shading is an additional $5 / 500 points
Headshot: $8 or 800 points
Fullbody: $25 or 2500 points
Chibi/Alternative style fullbodies
$20 or 2000 points
(if a character is very complex it will be simplified to fit this style and price)
Comes with shading and simple background
Sketch Page
$10-$70+
1000-7000+ points
Comes with 3-10 sketches of varying complexity of the same or different characters
(sketches may be flat colored or fully shaded, or a mix of both. complexity of sketches is decided on a case by case basis and accounts for the wide price range)
Colored Sketches
any style of commission (except pixel art) can be ordered as a colored sketch!
These are messier pieces without lineart, and will be a few dollars/hundreds of points cheaper!
